Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your items and ship them within 24-48 hours. To speed up delivery if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.

*Please note: Although United States Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate – your order is on its way! After we pass your order to USA Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the USA Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

I have thick thighs will it fit me?

Yes, absolutely! Our product is designed to fit and support all body types, including those with thick thighs. The shape allows for natural curves and doesn’t squeeze or restrict.

How fast the pillow will help me?

Returns & Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes! We offer a 100-day risk-free trial of our PureRest products, during which you can return them at any time if they’re not the right fit for you.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Items must be initiated for return and shipped back within 100 days of delivery.
  2. Items cannot be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” unless they are faulty.
  3. Items must be in their original packaging and condition (including any attached tags and packaging).

Note: If you return part of a bundle, the bundle pricing no longer applies.

How long do I have to return products?

We know life happens. That’s why we allow up to 30 days to request a refund, or up to 100 days to return your product under our trial guarantee. Please see our full returns policy for details.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes! If your PureRest product isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

All returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and tags.

Nope, we’ve got you covered. All eligible returns within the United States qualify for a free prepaid return shipping label. Just contact our support team, and we’ll set it up for you.

How long does it take for my return or exchange to be processed?

Once your return is shipped back, we encourage you to send us a photo of the return receipt or tracking number. As soon as we confirm it’s on the way, we can start processing your refund or exchange right away.

If you don’t provide proof of return, we’ll need to wait until the item arrives at our warehouse before processing.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are issued once your return is approved. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s processed.

From there, it typically takes 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, etc.).

I need to cancel or change my order!

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefull
